سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

1. تجهيز الطلب ومنشأ الشحن

• نقوم بمعالجة طلبك وتغليفه وإعداده للشحن خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة عمل.

• منشأ الشحنة: يتم شحن غالبية منتجاتنا من الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. خيارات الشحن

• تكلفة ومدة الشحن: تختلف التكلفة والمدة بناءً على شركة الشحن التي تختارها أنت والمدينة/الدولة التي سيتم التوصيل إليها.

• تظهر جميع الخيارات المتاحة (شركات الشحن، التكاليف، والمدد المتوقعة) بوضوح لك عند صفحة "إتمام الطلب".

• نحن نوفر الشحن داخل الإمارات، ونتعامل مع شركات شحن دولية موثوقة لتغطية دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

3. الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب (مهم للشحن الدولي)

• بالنسبة للطلبات المشحونة خارج الإمارات، فإن الشحنة تعتبر شحنة دولية.

• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية دفع أي رسوم جمركية، أو ضرائب قيمة مضافة (VAT)، أو رسوم تخليص قد تفرضها سلطات بلد الوصول (السعودية، قطر، إلخ).

• هذه الرسوم تُدفع للجهات الحكومية في بلدك ولا تدخل ضمن قيمة فاتورة الشراء من متجر رجاجيل.

4. المسؤولية والتتبع

• بمجرد تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن، تنتقل مسؤولية النقل على عاتق الشركة الناقلة.

• سيتم تزويدك برقم التتبع لمتابعة مسار شحنتك لحظة بلحظة.

1. Order Processing and Shipment Origin

We process, package, and prepare your order for shipping within 24 to 48 business hours.

Shipment Origin: The majority of our products are shipped from the United Arab Emirates.

2. Shipping Options

Cost and Duration: Shipping cost and duration vary based on the courier you select and the destination city/country.

International Shipping: We provide shipping throughout the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, etc.).

3. Customs Fees and Taxes (Crucial for International Shipping)

For orders shipped outside the UAE, the shipment is considered international.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees that may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).

These fees are paid to local government authorities and are not included in the purchase invoice from rjajeel.

4. Responsibility and Tracking

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the transport process transfers to the shipping company.

You will be provided with a Tracking Number to follow your shipment's route instantly.
