1. الموافقة والقبول

• يُعد استخدامك لمتجر رجاجــــــــــيل بمثابة موافقة صريحة وغير مشروطة على جميع هذه الشروط والأحكام.

• يحق لمتجر رجاجــــــــــيل تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت.

2. حساب المستخدم

• أنت مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الدخول لحسابك وكلمة مرورك.

• يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تقدمها عند التسجيل دقيقة وكاملة ومحدثة.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية (حماية علامة رجاجــــــــــيل)

• جميع المحتويات الموجودة على متجر رجاجــــــــــيل (الشعارات، النصوص، الصور، التصميمات) هي ملكية فكرية خالصة لـ "رجاجيل" ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر.

• يمنع منعاً باتاً نسخ أو تقليد أي من هذه المحتويات دون إذن خطي مسبق منا.

4. دقة المعلومات والتسعير

• في حال وجود خطأ واضح في تسعير أي منتج، يحتفظ متجر رجاجــــــــــيل بالحق في إلغاء أو تصحيح الطلب قبل أو بعد إرسال تأكيد الطلب، مع إعادة المبلغ كاملاً إليك.

5. الحق في رفض الخدمة وإلغاء الطلبات

• يحتفظ متجر رجاجــــــــــيل بالحق المطلق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب كان (بما في ذلك الاشتباه في عملية احتيال).

• في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد الدفع، يتم إعادة المبلغ بالكامل إليك خلال [7-14 يوم عمل].

6. القانون الحاكم وحل النزاعات (مقر العمليات)

• تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• يتم اللجوء إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة في إمارة [الشارقة] بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

First - Acceptance and Consent

Your use of the rjajeel store constitutes an explicit and unconditional acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions

rjajeel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the amendments become effective immediately upon their publication on the website

Second - User Account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password

The information you provide upon registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date

Third - Intellectual Property Rights (Protecting the rjajeel Brand)

All content on the rjajeel store (including, but not limited to: logos, texts, images, designs, and trademarks) is the exclusive intellectual property of "rjajeel" and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws

It is strictly prohibited to copy, imitate, reuse, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission from rjajeel

Fourth - Accuracy of Information and Pricing

In the event of an apparent error in the pricing of any product (due to a technical or human error), rjajeel reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before or after sending the order confirmation, even if payment has been made. In this case, the full amount will be refunded to you

Fifth - Right to Refuse Service and Cancel Orders

rjajeel reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including (but not limited to): product unavailability or suspicion of fraudulent activity

In case of cancellation after payment, the full amount will be refunded to you within [7-14 business days]

Sixth - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Place of Operations)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (in compliance with the e-commerce and consumer protection regulations in the State)

Any dispute shall be settled by the competent judicial authorities in the Emirate of [Sharjah] in the United Arab Emirates
